Fiona is so excited that it is grandparents day today, that she woke the whole house up at 5:30 this morning to begin the celebration. While Yogi, Mommy, and Daddy love Miss F's grandparents as well, they all felt that 5:30 was a bit unnecessary. The Bug persisted, however, so M and I took the opportunity to take part in another important event today. We watched the History's Channel's coverage of the 9/11 10th anniversary. It was a nice opportunity to reflect together and honor the memory of those lost.
For now, football has taken over the television and the little scooter (yes, that's right ... we are just starting to learn to scoot along the furniture [without braces on]) is down for a
needed nap!
But we did take this picture today to send out love to Grandma and Grandpa N, Grandpa V, and Grandma and Grandpa J.
